Jan Rodusky is the Chief Grants Officer for the Cultural Council of Palm Beach County. In this position, she manages grant programs and administers approximately 4 million dollars to over 70 cultural organizations annually. She has extensive experience, over twenty-four years’ worth, of working in the nonprofit sector on both the fundraising side and the grant making side focusing in the areas of healthcare, arts and culture.

Jan Rodusky serves on the board of Leadership Palm Beach County and co-chairs the Engage Program. She is a member of the Forum Club, Central Business Chamber, Western Business Alliance, an alumnus of the German Marshall Fellowship Program and a former member of the World Affairs Council of the Palm Beaches. Before serving as Councilwoman for Royal Palm Beach, Jan was appointed to the Village of Royal Palm Beach’s Recreation Advisory Board, where she served for four years. She has also served on the boards of the Delray Beach Chorale, Carbonell Awards, and the Association of the Fundraising Professionals. Jan attended Kent State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in sociology and her master’s degree in public administration.

Jan Rodusky and her husband Andy moved to Royal Palm Beach in 1996, where they have raised a family and become active member of the community.”
